About Keith Slotter

Keith Slotter is a nationally recognized security executive, former FBI senior leader, and expert in financial crime, corporate fraud, and organizational leadership.

He most recently served as Global Vice President for Security at JetBlue Airways, where he led enterprise-wide security strategy for one of the world’s most recognized airlines. Prior to JetBlue, he was Head of Staff Security at Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund, and a Vice President in the Business Intelligence and Investigations Division at Stroz Friedberg in Washington, D.C.

Before entering the private sector, Keith served 25 years as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, rising through the ranks to some of the Bureau’s most senior leadership roles.

His FBI career spanned complex white-collar crime investigations, global financial fraud strategy, counterterrorism, cybercrime, and national security operations. In Miami, he worked undercover for two years in what was then the largest white-collar crime case in FBI history. He later led the Bureau’s Global Financial Crimes Program, where he implemented the FBI’s national strategy on corporate fraud and financial institution crime.

Keith served as Special Agent in Charge of the Sacramento and San Diego Field Offices, overseeing major criminal and national security investigations. As Assistant Director of the FBI’s Training Division, he directed worldwide training operations and oversaw the FBI Academy in Quantico, shaping the next generation of FBI leaders.

Throughout his career, Keith has led large, mission-critical teams through high-risk operations, public crises, and transformational change—experience that now informs his powerful, real-world presentations on ethical leadership, fraud prevention, crisis response, and organizational accountability.

A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner, Keith was named one of the world’s 100 most influential CPAs by CPA Magazine. In 2010, he received the U.S. Presidential Rank Award for Meritorious Service and Lifetime Achievement, one of the highest honors awarded to senior federal executives.

Keith is also an accomplished author and media contributor. He co-created and hosted San Diego’s Most Wanted – The FBI Files on Fox 5 San Diego and co-produced Inside the FBI for the Discovery Channel. While at FBI Headquarters, he created and co-produced the documentary Shattered Faith – White Collar Crime in America, narrated by Brian Dennehy. He is the author of Bureau Life: A Memoir, an honest and often humorous account of leadership, resilience, and rising through the ranks of the FBI.

Today, Keith brings decades of executive leadership and frontline investigative experience to audiences across the country.
